Ricky teaches both new and experienced journalists how to proactively assess risks associated with news stories while being clear and efficient with their workflows.
ABOUT RICKY

Ricky is an award-winning journalist with nearly 20 years in the television industry. He has helped hundreds of professionals both on and off camera improve their workflow efficiency, camera presence, and storytelling. Having worked alongside some of the biggest names in news and sports, he has a diverse knowledge of the demands television and news professionals face on a daily basis.
Ricky has been a recipient of multiple awards including, an Associated Press award, three Edward R. Murrow Awards, and was a participant in setting a new Guinness World Record with NBC Today Show’s Al Roker.
Prior to life in TV news, Ricky was a television producer for the Boston Red Sox, a professional wrestling ring announcer, and worked on several Hollywood films with stars such as Kevin James and Mel Gibson.
Ricky currently serves on the board of governors for the Emmy's Rocky Mountain Chapter. He owns and lives on a ranch in Tucson, Arizona with his wife. They have rescued numerous thoroughbred racehorses, and dogs with severe behavioral needs.
